Ingredients:
* 4 (5 ounce) chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
* 1 small cabbage, quartered
* 1 pound package of mini-carrots
* 2 (14 1/2 ounce) large cans Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes
Directions:
Place ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours.
