BRAZILLIAN RECIPE; Jungle Colada






Ingredients:

* 1 teaspoon coconut
* 1 ounce pineapple juice
* 1 1/4 cups scoop vanilla ice cream
* ice
* 5 ounces pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
* 1 ounce whalers dark rum

Garnishes:
* raspberry puree
* whipped cream
* maraschino cherry
* toasted coconut


Directions:

Blend ice, coconut, pineapple juice, ice cream, pina colada mix, and rum.Blend
until smooth.Swirl raspberry puree in line in glass.Pour in drink.Top with garnishes.
