Ingredients:
For the beef
* 2 teaspoons soy sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 pound boneless sirloin, cut across the grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices
For the sauce
* 1 tablespoon cornstarch
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon medium-dry Sherry or Scotc
